High Pressure Pnuematic Regulators
 It is a mechanical device with single stage pressure regulation. This regulator is designed as to reduce the air pressure to constant outlet pressures of not less than 9 Ksc under full flow condition. The range of inlet pressure varies from 400 ksc -70ksc. In this, the pressure is regulated by movement of spring loaded diaphragm at high frequency. There is an in-built pressure relief valve which relieves when pressure exceed the required level.
 This regulator is designed in such a way that the output pressure acts on one side of the diaphragm and spring exerts a force on the opposite side of the diaphragm. The spring force is adjusted by means of an adjusting screw. When the output demand decreases, the diaphragm moves against the spring force and reduces or entirely closes the cross section at the valve seat, regulating output pressure by controlling the valves volumetric flow. This regulator is equipped with the safety relief valve to protect the system piping.
 These are manufactured from Aluminum Alloy 24345, tested in precision laboratories for its Chemical & Mechanical Properties and SS 321 and hardenable grade SS 420, electro polished to get fine grade surface finish. All components are manufactured on CNC machines for high precision. Units are assembled in dust proof area by highly skilled technicians & engineers and tested under most stringent environmental conditions. Inlet pressure 70 to 380 KSC. Out let pressure 43 to 52 KSC / 9.5 KSC
